T’gana CM Presents Modern Film City Vision To Sony In Japan

Hyderabad: Chief Minister ARevanth Reddyas part of his seven-day investment tour to Japan visited the headquarters of Sony Corporation. On the first day of the official visit, he laid down his idea of setting up a modern film city. The ‘TelanganaRising’ delegation also held a meeting with the team of Crunchyroll, in Tokyo on Thursday.

According to an official release, the Chief Minister outlined his vision of a modern film citybuilt withcapabilities of end-to-end production.The delegation also held detailed discussions on Crunchyroll, an animation subsidiary of Sony. During their meeting, the Company was informed about Hyderabad’s strengths in the animation, VfX and gaming sectors.

Sony Corporation showcased several of its new initiatives and detailed their workings, including new products, to the delegation, it added.
